MEET THE TEAM

Jeannette M. Fisher

Ms. Fisher is a 1987 graduate of George Mason University, a licensed Virginia Title Agent and business partner in Crown Settlements LLC in Fairfax, Virginia. Jeannette began her career in the title insurance industry while still a student at George Mason University (1987) and has over thirty years of experience in the industry. She has a wide breadth of experience in the title industry from owning and operating her own agencies to providing operational management and underwriting, and consulting services for other title agencies. Ms. Fisher is a member of the VLTA Events Committee. She is an active member of her community having served on the Board of Directors of the Fairfax Choral Society. She is actively involved with the Braddock Road Youth Club as a volleyball coach and club administrator and the Varsity Coach for a private high school in Fairfax. She also enjoys volunteering in the music ministry at St. Andrew the Apostle Parish in Clifton, Virginia.

Mr. Roll is an accomplished attorney with over 27 years of comprehensive experience in the private practice of law in Northern Virginia concentrating in real estate and general business representation. He has a successful track record of assisting clients in acquiring, financing, developing and leasing commercial and investment properties. He is a trusted advisor and counselor to numerous small and medium sized businesses. His excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communications have contributed to the successful negotiation of favorable purchase agreements and loan terms for clients. Throughout his practice he has aided buyers and sellers of both residential and commercial properties including drafting of contract documents and performing settlement services. Mr. Roll is always available to provide guidance and advise to clients with questions about what usually the biggest investment they will ever make.

 

Additionally, Mr. Roll is the Escrow Agent for 7 different Wetland Banks and has served as a Board Member for the Virginia Gateway Community Development Board since 1998, serving as its Chairman since 2007.

 

Mr. Roll is a long time resident of Northern Virginia having grown-up in Fairfax and is very active in the community: he coached for many years in the Chantilly Youth Association; has been an active member holding various leadership positions at Floris United Methodist Church; and, is a member of the Fairfax Rotary Club, currently serving as its Vice President.

 

Mr. Roll is a 1989 graduate of the University of Richmond School of Law School. He also attended University of Richmond for his undergraduate studies receiving a Bachelor of Arts in both History and Economics in 1985.

Diana Theologou

Ms. Theologou has over 21 years of extensive experience in Maryland and 10 years of Virginia experience in Virginia in the private practice of law concentrating in real estate matters.  Additionally, she has previously owner her own Title Company, and joined with partners David Roll and Jeannette Fisher in 2019 having met them as part of her foreclosure practice.  Since being admitted to practice law in 1999, she has successfully represented major corporations and financial institutions, including state and federally chartered credit unions and banks. Ms. Theologou is familiar with all aspects of civil litigation including, mediation, arbitration, motions practice, pretrial and trial management, and post-judgment collection. She also represents creditors and secured lenders in bankruptcy proceedings and workouts.  She is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Virginia Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the courts in Maryland and Virginia, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Courts in Maryland, Virginia and The District of Columbia. Ms. Theologou graduated from Northwest Missouri State University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and received her juris doctorate from The University of Kansas School of Law in 1999. Ms. Theologou was the recipient of the American Bankruptcy Institute Award of Excellence and is the former Treasurer and former Secretary of the MSBA Bankruptcy Section. Ms. Theologou has been a Continuing Legal Education faculty member for numerous seminars.

 

Ms. Theologou is a long time resident of Mount Airy, Maryland and additionally maintains an office in North Bethesda, Maryland.
